The public transport links are excellent with easy access across the city. I found it close to bus and tram stops. The hotel sent excellent communication via email. I received a free drink voucher as a thank you. It was a welcome gift. Rooms get cleaned and tidied daily.

The bed was not comfortable. It seemed very old. The room was basic. I asked for a quiet room. Instead, I got one facing the street with traffic noise.

The staff, including Kristina, looked cute. She seemed very knowledgeable. The breakfast had ample variety, I did appreciate the really good coffee.

I noticed the room looked narrow, and the layout felt simplified. The mattress felt firm, and it caused slight discomfort to my back.

the breakfast had a nice selection, i guess it was alright.

The air conditioning was pretending to work , so that was fun. it was less 'cooling breeze' and more 'aggressive fan'. also, the walls seemed to be made of paper. I heard every cough and conversation from the next room. i was like i was part of their family, whether i wanted to be or not.
